Shipping Information

We deliver Bolero orders throughout Australia, with shipping options and charges shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping costs

Your shipping cost depends on your delivery address, the products in your cart and the shipping option available for your order. Please check the final charge at checkout for the current rate and any applicable free-shipping offer.

Processing and dispatch

In-stock orders are prepared for dispatch as soon as practicable. Dispatch and delivery times can vary during busy periods, public holidays and carrier disruptions. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated.

Backordered products

Some flavours may be available to order before new stock arrives. Where a product is on backorder, dispatch will depend on the arrival of that stock. If you need to know the latest expected dispatch date, contact us before placing your order.

Tracking and delivery queries

Where tracking is available, your dispatch confirmation will contain the relevant details. If you have questions or your parcel seems delayed, email sales@bolero.com.au with your order number.

International delivery

If delivery to your location is available, the eligible shipping methods and charges will appear at checkout. Please check any destination-specific requirements before ordering.
