BOLERO RETURNS POLICY

At Bolero, we take pride in providing high-quality drink powders. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and straightforward returns process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used drink powders
  • Products that are not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion (these are considered final sale)

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

 

Please make sure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement of the same item or offer a refund if the item is no longer available.

7. Final Sale Items

Products purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
